| Tues 4th Dec | – Arrive 9:55pm in Denpasar, traveled to Kuta.
– Check in at hotel and dinner in the street. |
| Wed Dec 5th | – Kuta (Wina holiday villa) Had a very nice buffet breakfast.
– Explore/shop in Kuta – Hair braided, massages, Graham surfing. |
| Thurs Dec 6th | -Kuta. More massages and exploring. Went to Denpasar night market. Learned about/ate/ and bought new fruit. |
| Fri Dec 7th | – Went to Ubud.
– Gorgeous hotel (D’ohama) with rose petals on bed. – Explore Ubud and woodwork stuff. – Paid driver and went to monkey forest/temple/elephant caves. |
| Sat Dec 8th | -Ubud (White water rafting)
-Indonesian dance performance and dinner |
| Sun Dec 9th | Ubud (Rented Scooter to Celuk-silver, wood working village, spice spice village, painting village). |
| Mon Dec 10th | – Left for Kintamani, walked around town-very non-touristy, hired scooter and drove down to Mt Batur and Lake Batur. Looked at hot springs in posh resorts on the lake.
-Stayed at a one bedroom, Batur Mountain View. Stayed in a local’s home pretty much with an amazing view of the volcanoe. |
| Tue 11th Dec | Left for Kuta.
Checked into backpacker hotel, Sayang Maha Mertha Hotel. |
| Wed 12th Dec | Day at Waterbomb Park. |
| Thurs 13th Dec | Kuta. We were both exhausted so we relaxed at nice hotel while Graham recovered from Bali Belly. Left Indonesia at 11pm that night. |
| Fri 14th Dec | -Arrive Melbourne 7.35 am |
