ABOUT ME
“There are those who travel but never really arrive, those who visit a place but never know the people. Travel is so much more when you get closer to life and how it best lived here, wherever here may be. Its time for something different, Travel that is individual inspired and imaginative. Where will you go?”
I came across this quote a few years ago and I realized how lucky I have been so far to understand the true depth and meaning of this quote.
My name is Claudia. I am now in my 30’s and live in Galveston, Texas. I grew up with my family in Switzerland. When I was eight we moved to ‘down under’. In Australia I grew up and received my education as a physiotherapist. In my late teens I was on holidays in the Fijian islands where I met my American husband Graham.
My mum and dad are the ones who opened my eyes to the world and what it has to offer. They gave my siblings and me experiences that have been unforgettable to this day. As the years pass by I realize it is all these wonderful memories that make our lives. They give us coherence, reason, feeling and action. Without them we would all be lost in limbo. I know we won’t truly appreciate this until we start to loose our memories piece by piece. Ultimately this is what this website is for-MEMORIES. I want them to stay alive and be relived by anyone who wishes to take the time. I also hope to inspire and guide you to unlock all the meanings of travel and what it can do for you.
